Went to do a early upgrade. IF your phone dont properly work right then dont so early upgrade they wouldnt accept my phone cuz speaker wasnt working *not noted in fine print also* the guy that took care of me was trying to sell me a opened already used iphone 7 plus. Ummm ok i dont want used. They need to keep better stock of there phones

So my phone quit working yesterday. I went out to my local us cellular store to see if I could get it fix. I was not able to upgrade, which ment i was stuck with a broken phone. The guy who waited on me was wonderful!! Not only was he patient with me, he was very informative. Needless to say, this guy did everything he could to make sure I left with a working phone. I can't thank him enuff for the GREAT customer service and making sure I left with a new phone!!
