well Fairmont ntelos does not answer the phones at all. its pretty crapy whenever your a phone company store and don't know how to answer . every time I go out there there's people just standing around. they give out cards and say " call my office if you have any questions or problems ..." but uhmm...how ? when they don't answer
I was in and out they fix my issues that another store caused. I should have just went to them in the first place. They even apologized for the other stores error even though they did not have to.

Can't stand this store and stay away whenever I can. They don't acknowledge your presence when you walk in, they never answer your call, the old staff lied about two different things with my contract. Told me I was eligible for buyout when I wasn't, I signed the paper for insurance and he never put it in my bill and because I never noticed it when I needed it for a stolen phone they wouldn't honor the paperwork I still had. New staff isn't as bad but still no acknowledgement. Go to Meadowbrook.
Everyone of my issues have been assessed by the staff!!!
Don't want to give any stars, but in order to writ a re view it makes you! ...They never answer & they never call back! I worked in customer service for years, and this is unacceptable!
