The most awesome service department ever. I was stranded 400 miles from home with a transmission problem. Cody worked me in right away, it took only two hours to get me back on the road, all under warranty too! Cody Cruce as well as the others in the service department were very great people to work with! Highly recommended!

Wilson Ford Lincoln Dealership has the best customer service, as we dealt with the service department today. Roger, the manager was very professional, knowledgeable, and a real person as well as he did not treat us like a number or just another account. He was the best in management Ive seen in a long time!! Also, Cody & Tyler at the counter were excellent in customer service! Cant say enough good stuff about everyone there!! I had called in wanting to make an appointment to have my vehicle looked at after another shop gave me an estimate on what was wrong and I remembered I had the extended warranty. I called and spoke with Roger about my concerns and how I was new to the area and didn't have an idea where to go. He was able to look up some information and made an appointment for me to drop off the vehicle. In talking to Roger I didn't double think where I was taking my vehicle. I felt like he understood my concerns and cared about them as if he were the one calling. He treated me the way he would want to be treated. And that is something hard to find these days. Part of my warranty covers a rental if they will have the vehicle for a prolonged period of time. Roger got that set up with Enterprise as well. I had also added on a few concerns as the days went on that I remembered were issues. Emergency brake clunking when pressed down, not showing the correct fuel level, unsure of when the transmission and coolant were last flushed. They got started on it right away and even came across some other parts that they weren't comfortable with their condition. Roger calls me to let me know the progress and how they found some things he wasn't comfortable with, so they were ordering them in and will keep working on the rest. Shortly after I get a call to inform me that everything was done and I could pick it up whenever I was ready. I went that day to pick it up and everyone at the counter was helpful. Roger went over everything that was done with me in detail and if I had any other concerns to give him a call. I have never had such a great experience in dealing with someone at a dealership, let alone in the service department. This is definitely a place I will keep coming back to for any work that I need done.

Wife loves the service but the vehicles are a little pricey
