Was craving a Mint chocolate milkshake. Went through the drive thru. The lady who was preparing our order of shakes n fries made them perfectly even though the chocolate syrup for the shake was giving her a hard time! She took her time instead of just "throwing" it together like other fast food places. While my daughter and I appreciated her making sure she did things correctly the two cars behind us didn't and actually left. I'd rather wait a few more minutes than get sloppy, incorrectly made food and shakes like from other places!

That being said the place looks tired and the folks working were not even the slightest bit friendly.

Employees don’t wear gloves when they handle food. Serve carbonated water by default then get an attitude when customers ask for still. This isn’t Europe. Also, when I call to alert you that your employees not wearing gloves is something that should be reported, don’t call me back to harass me. I deleted the voicemail and didn’t listen to it. You have time to stand around and try to attack customers for complaining but not to slip on a pair of gloves? Disease is a thing. Some people have compromised immune systems. Hire competent people and maintain a minimum hygiene standard then you can play the righteous indignation card. Also, food was cold, sauce was missing. Clearly a lot of standing around doing nothing. You know it’s bad when I actually wrote a complaint about an Arby’s.
