Food and service is awesome, though order ahead or be ready to hang out for you food to be prepped when ordered.
Ordered online as I knew I'd be arriving during a busy time and did not have time to wait. Order was not ready at assigned pick up time and I question whether it would have been faster to order when I got there. Was charged for a large drink; however received a medium. The sub was pretty good; however, did not come with all the toppings advertised. Also, online charge for extra cheese is .50, but actual charge was .75. It has been a while since I've been to Firehouse, and I'm in no hurry to go back.
Ordered takeout. The food was good. The order was correct. The stay was professional. I was pleased with my visit.
