I think it's great that the drive in girl has such a perky & pleasant voice. She is also doing a great job of suggestive selling. Keep up the good work. Mr Ebert would be pleased.
Drive Thru experience: Warm iced tea, cold burger & fries, no napkins or receipt. Where are the ppl who take pride in doing a good job? They certainly weren't working when I was there. It'll be a while before I go back.
Service was fine. The pies and coffee were good. The physical place was very dirty.
Typical fast food establishment. It all depends on who you have to deal with to complete your order. Not always friendly service.
Same owners as the location on Fairmont Ave. Same pros, and cons. Issues being the soft serve machine consistently being down, and there needs to be more employees on duty. They're usually fairly clean though, and do their best to get the food to you fast.
